Reservations
- Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Dynamite Bikes & Cars.
Driver Requirements
- Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and meet the minimum age requirements of 23 years old.
Payments
- Payment is done upon delivery on all vehicle categories
Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund, subject to the agreed booking terms.
Vehicle Use
- Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving (unless specifically permitted), illegal activities, or by unauthorized drivers.
Traffic Fines
- The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period.
Insurance
- Insurance coverage and applicable excess amounts will be explained at the time of booking.
Liability
- Dynamite Bikes & Cars shall not be liable for losses arising from delays, breakdowns, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
