If you come from a European Union country, your local full driving license is sufficient to drive a vehicle. Additionally, licenses from the USA, UAE, Australia, Canada, Russia, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, and Liechtenstein are valid as long as they are written in Latin letters.

If you come from any other country, you will need an International Driving License along with your local license.

In all cases, the license must be valid, held for at least one year, and the renter must meet the minimum age requirement.

Additionally, a Category A1 driving license is required for Category G1 rental vehicles.

Only original documents will be accepted. Digital documents (e.g., on mobile phones), copies, or loss certificates will not be accepted.

The minimum driver’s age for all categories is 21 years old, except for Category H, where drivers must be at least 23 years old.

When you rent from Dynamite Bikes and Cars, you benefit from excellent insurance coverage:

• The vehicle prices include Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Insurance, with no excess in case of an accident or theft.
• Insurance against damages to tires, undercarriage, glass, and mirrors is also included in the price.
• Excluding categories G, G1 and H.
  

All insurance conditions are clearly outlined in your confirmation email and rental agreement. Our goal is to provide you with a worry-free experience with no hidden costs.

Payment is made upon delivery. We accept the following methods:

• € Cash
• Major credit/debit/prepaid cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

The following are not accepted:

• Someone else’s card.
• Cheques.
• Virtual payment methods (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).

No hidden extra costs will surprise you. Prices include the best insurance package and all declared costs.

Dynamite Bikes and Cars reserves the right to withhold a guarantee deposit, which will be returned to the renter after the rental period ends. The deposit can be made via credit card (debit card and € cash are accepted upon request).

The following are not accepted for deposits:

• Prepaid cards.
• Someone else’s card.
• Cheques.
• Virtual payment methods (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).

• One rental day equals 24 hours.
• Any excess time (up to 3 hours) will be charged at an hourly rate.
• If the excess time exceeds 3 hours, an additional full day’s rate will be applied.

We always strive to fulfill every customer’s wishes. However, specific vehicle models may not always be available. In such cases, we ensure a similar vehicle in the same category or provide an upgrade if necessary.

• The fuel level will be noted on the rental agreement.
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered.
• Fuel consumed during the rental period is paid by the renter.

Important Notes:

• Dynamite Bikes and Cars will not refund excess fuel if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than when delivered.
• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference and an additional service fee.
• Incorrect refueling is considered negligence, and the renter will be fully responsible for any resulting costs.

Yes, a booking confirmation email from Dynamite Bikes and Cars is required to confirm your booking. Without this, the booking is not valid.

Cancellations are free of charge as long as we are informed before delivery.
Cancellations upon delivery will be charged the full rental rate.
If the booking has to be canceled upon delivery because the renter does not meet the requested conditions or cannot provide the required documents, the full rental charge will apply.

Traffic laws in Greece are similar to those in other European Union countries. The renter is obliged to comply with all traffic regulations. Any fines, penalties, or costs incurred due to disregard for the traffic laws will be the renter’s responsibility.
